Peronalized service, not pushy. Feel the associate listen to my concerns and what I was looking for in a good walking shoe. I had brought a friend with me, who took advantage of the the 10 minute compression machine while I was being fitted for my shoes. It really is a full service store.

When we went in they were busy, but as soon as Val got free she came over to help us. She was very polite and knew what we were talking about as we asked and quickly got the items and put them together and fitted my shoes excellently.
