I like the fact Fleet Feet has a wide variety of products And when it comes to in store service the employees strive to find the right products for the customer rather than push a certain product. But they are not so committed to the scan that they don’t listen to what the customer wants.
I like that the shoe experts try to help take the time to find the right shoes. JP, my sales person took the time to pull numerous shoes for me as I was having trouble getting a good feel in anything I tried on.

I particularly liked the sales associate with whom I dealt. She was courteous, friendly, and had a terrific sense of humor! I bought shoes one day and went back the next to buy inserts. I went to a store many miles farther from me than your nearest store just so I could work with her. Her name is
Angela Guccione, not sure of the correct spelling, but she is at the Chesterfield store.

Comfortable and delightful
As a first time customer I loved how Sam at the South County location explained the process as well as guided me. I didn't know you could get fitted for shoes until friends referred me to Fleet Feet. My husband and I went in with the intent to purchase just for myself and because of the experience he got fitted with Sam too and bought. Thank you Sam for a great experience. We will be back.
