Sales Associates are very kind, patient and helpful, and don't make people feel like they have to hurry when trying on shoes and making decisions. They seem to understand that it takes time to see how shoes feel when standing and walking in them. Deciding what shoes will feel best and support feet best is not always easy to do. It is good when buying a pair of shoes to think that the shoes chosen are going to be comfortable, supportive, as well as easy to stand and walk in them. It is good to leave thinking that the shoes bought will make life better, feeling comfort, balance and support
