hwen & if there is a concern that we may have the service master team has ALWAYS responded right away and with a follow up once finished to make sure we are satisfied with the situation. Donarene & the team are a class bunch.
Pay more attention to details. Look for small things that need cleaning and do some one week and some another week so all items get covered. Ask client directly if there are things that are being missed so there is communication.
The staff that work for us are very thorough, friendly, responsible and trustworthy. We are extremely happy with the service we receive.

I get many compliments on how "clean" my property is. Much of this is because I have the service of Service Master. If there ever are any problems, I report it to Kathy and the problem is taken care of. The cleaning people are friendly, on time and they too, if asked to do a particular cleaning thing will do it. I'm very satisfied with the results I get from Service Master. I believe it's been sixteen years of excellent service.
Furniture dusting could be improved. Service is reliable.
Very professional team, quality work
Our cleaning is great during the week, but we have had mulipule times where the crew didn't show up for evening cleans. We had an afternoon clean set up inbetween weddings and the crew was over 2 hours late. My boss had to help clean the mansion and our bride for the evening was standing in the foyer while we finshed cleaning the bridal suite.
ServiceMASTER is good.
There is nothing to make it right, it's just that I was disappointed in the result. Everyone here thought the technicians were not here long enough to do an adequate job.
