Consistency - some weeks are great others not as good.
Jim makes suggestions to me on additional items that servicemaster to offer to our bank. Most recently that was painting the back entryway and touch-up of the entire building.
Would like to see the webs that are on the window ledges dusted on a weekly basis.
Our cleaner does a great job with everything, but we feel that more time needs to be spent on the floors. We are a daycare, so it is very important that all of our floors are cleaned thoroughly. We contacted our rep and he has assured us that they will do what is needed to make us happy.
Service master is a company you can trust to get the job done right, efficient and completely!
They are fair priced. Reliable. The biggest problem I had with the previous cleaning service I had was they would throw away things on my desk. I tell Service Master under no circumstances to touch my desk, I don't care what garbage is on there, and they leave it alone. I have only had one issue I had to address in the past and it was handled professionally and without fanfare and I was happy.
Make sure things get cleaned better so the customer does not have to call when things are not done.

Consistent, thorough cleaning job done every week. Friendly staff who are willing to listen to suggestions or questions. Willing to go the extra mile to clean, when asked, if owner is planning a visit.
Greater attention to details, such as dusting.
More consistancy. Little more of doing the fine details that get missed wiping down elevator metal. Cleaning the drinking fountains better and getting off the white residue.
Perhaps vacuume the rugs more often when there is stuff on them. Mopping the stairs all the way up to the top level on a regular basis. Cleaning of dumpsters and trash cans used to remove trash so they do not stink in the janitor closet so much.
When garbage cans are replaced put them back where they belong; properly oriented and in position. We employ 5-S principles and this is part of the system.

The day in day out service becomes such a routine that the quality can easily suffer. The janitors need to work hard to keep the quality as high as possible.
Very thorough cleaning and immediate response to any requests or concerns.
Not very clean for a cleaning service, trash cans never put back where they came, computer monitors are moved aroung and not put back where they were. Do i qaulty check on the cleaning of this shop.
Cleaning personal seem to miss trash cans periodically, mopping floors with "dirty" water so floors have swipe marks on them. Missing a day and not leting anyone know so someone else can come in and cover for them.
Use less toxic chemicals. Clean better.
I love the consistent level of quality service, ability to respond to last minute service calls & exceeding our expectations by going beyond just cleaning but also ensuring that everything is in it's proper place.

Larry is very engaged and communicative regarding the well-being and the well-cleaning of the building. I have confidence that he will take care of whatever needs to be done.
The main complains we have it that nothing is dusted and the bathroom and Kitchen floors do not look mopped. They sometimes have something that has been spray/put on the floor that causes it to be very sticky.
