Right now we are getting things back to order.
Our office always looks neat and clean. We have not had one complaint with your service in the year we have been using you.
Because we are in a rented office our cleaning needs are limited. All is good at this point.
The service reps are friendly and seem to want to please, but the product results shows an ebb and flow. Some days the work done is very nice then a drop off until myself or someone lets me know that somethings need attention. Not that I don't like to advise the workers, but it's really not rocket sience. My thoughts are that if you clean the same areas over and over, they will become easier to keep up??? Some spots seem to go backwards before they are caught up on. My thought is to stay ahead of these ares.
Pleasant staff, responsive to our needs. They also make sure to take care of any problem areas that we may have that come up. Good people to work with.
I have always found ServiceMaster of Middlesex County to go out of their way to accomodate our staff, from cleaning later at night when there are meetings to changing the cleaning day due to holidays, etc. I find them to be the most reasonably priced and for once, you get more than you pay for. I see no way for them to improve on what is already great service.
Professional, yet friendly. I liked the pre-service consult. Any touchups are done as requested.

There were a couple of weeks after you first started that things were not done-This was discussed with the manager and it did improve with the exception of dishes are still left in the sink. There are usually just 3-4 cups. I was told that this was not part of the agreement, but that it would be done. Also not all the trash cans are being emptied.
Responsiveness and awesome day porter.
They do a good job cleaning, very responsive and act quickly on special requests.
The cleaning quality is consistent and very good.
Laterly cleaning has not been up to par. Bathrooms have not been mopped nor hand soap bottles refilled when needed, currently the soap bottle in ladies bathroom all most empty. Trash placed @ back door still sitting for the second Monday...I'm assuming we have a fill in who's standards are not meeting ServiceMaster's.
Started out great and cleaning fell short of what was proposed. It took alot of phone calls and meeting with management to get it back on schedule. Have the supervisor inspect the cleaning the day after.
I have to call and have the bathrooms scrubbed. We are a urology office and we need to have them scrubbed.The corners are dirty. I need to take more of my time to make sure they get done. They always do take care of it when I call.
We like the same lady that come regularly and know how we like our office cleaned

Hava a supervisor critique the workers work as they go along, or the owner do the same so things are not left to the last minute to correct, cuasing me to be slightly streesed out.
The relationship we have with ServiceMaster is a partnership. We work together to find the best solutions to maintain my facility and meet the needs of the ServiceMaster associate.
Your employees always get everything done and cleaned without having to call your office to see why this and that are not getting done. They are very observant about several things and will bring them to my attention if they need fixed or looked at.
Very likely to recommend, always accomodate any requests for cleaning certain areas,(spills on carpet, etc.). Seem to do an overall good job for such a large office.

The quality of the cleaning is not the best. We have to remind the head office that the proper dusting is not being performed adequately. Noticeable sloppiness in attention to details.
You're people simply do a good job. No nasty surprises.
