Floor along baseboard is pretty discolored. Granted we have a new cleaning person, but this person has set the alarm off a couple of times. The bathroom sinks are beginning to build up a stain around the drain.

We have noticed inconsistencies with vacuuming, removing trash, etc., and this may be due to different people who come in to substitute for the regular cleaners and do not understand how we need things cleaned in our office. Maybe they can leave notes in our SerivceMaster book whenever they have questions or do not understand what needs to be done.
Always very responsive when questions or concerns arise about your service. Little or no complaints received from all three sites that you service.
Responsible, thorough. When issues come up, they are quickly resolved and managed.
I am still not satisfied with how our floors look. I have mentioned it to the person that is here cleaning and get a response back that she doesn't have time to use the microfiber that have asked to be used. When I use my own microfiber the floors look much better not all streaked. I really don't understand the not having time because I have asked them not to be mopped and use the microfiber that I have brought myself. The use of the Microfiber mop should replace the wet mop, so I really don't understand the time issue
Have repeatedly asked for the floors to be buffed and shined at least 4 times and this has not be addressed. Also, not mopping floors well enough to even get clean for the next day.

The one issue that comes to mind would be having the same cleaning personal at location. Have had 4 new employees in 16 months.

That's a tough one. I would like to see ServiceMaster dedicate more time to cleaning our branch, but that would cost us more money, which we wouldn't approve.
Franchise owners are very responsive whenever we have a specific need. Staff is reliable and competent.
I think that the dusting could improve and also I think the faucets in the bathroom and kitchen should be cleaned around them.
Your price for floor waxing was about double of our usual floor refinisher. So we made a wrong decision to try and use that company again. They dropped the ball Saturday night. So Sunday at 8 am I called your emergency line but no one aswers your "emergency line" or calls back. Just looking if you had someone available to refinish the floor, just a yes or no. Difinetely would understand a no. I left a message with your Procuction Manager Oscar Gonzalez. Still no reply. I had told Stacia how important this week was because of the owners coming in and how particular they are. Today I see the floors did not get mopped. Nor several rugs did not get vacuumed. Some trash cans not emptieed....of all days to fail this was not it.
We have just received new cleaning staff which are not quite up to the standards that we have become accustomed to. I am sure as they learn our needs things will improve.

So far, I've been very happy with the quality of cleaning from ServiceMaster but I've been most impressed with the level of oversight and followup from ServiceMaster Management.
