They are not consistant with the dusting, they have to be reminded every couple of months. Then I will have someone come in from ServiceMaster take a look around and they can't believe the dust in the offices, then it's okay for another month or 2 and then we go back to doing a half a job again.
Frequency of contact, further attention to details during cleaning and follow-up, clarification on exact time of arrival or departure, or notice of change in time if/when applicable
They are very thorough, efficient and trustworthly, as well as being cost effective.

We have had many other companies clean our office over the years & in my opinion, this is the cleanest our office has ever been on a ongoing basis. I would recommend ServiceMaster to any of my friends or colleages
Attention to detail is missing.
Seems to be thorough and have not filed any complaints at this location due to not doing a good job.
The service associates are more about do it fast than to do it with quality. The end product is sometimes extremely good and other times noticably hurried. When Mr. Citchen is supervising, the work is outstanding - when he isn't around, they don't work as much for high quality.
The friendly immediately service whenever I need it!

The areas that I receive the most complaints about are the bathrooms. Sometimes they appear to have dirt or dust bunnies for a few days. The expectation is that they are cleaned daily.

So far, it's been about a month and things are going well. The ServiceMaster team has been responsive on feedback and communicates well. I really appreciate the communication log! Tiffany Jory is really great, she started the relationship off in a very professional, caring and knowledgeable manner.
Personal service and timely problem resolution.
Seems like we have to repeat requests for trouble areas.
1. General cleaning is very high quality. I have had no complaints about this services from my occupants.
2. Willing to work with me on choosing the right products to use when cleaning.
3. Very good communications by Phone or e-mail.
The Customer Service that ServiceMaster provides is top-notch, and they are quite good at making accommodations to scheduled cleanings if necessary and if given enough time. However, we have had a few instances of miscommunication between the supervisors in charge of cleaning our store and the customer service representatives we gave orders to. It never came as a hassle, and the instances were profusely apologized for, but I'd like to see some improvement in that area.
Things are still a little dusty. I think the cleaners just use a feather duster, which isn't the greatest. I didn't have a huge issue with it, but co-workers complained a lot about the lack of cleaning.
Three consecutive weeks in a row I had to call the Service Master manager to have paper towells installed in both bathrooms. they were completely out and we could not find any "spare" paper towells in the building. Nothing quite like washing your hands in the bathroom and then reach for a paper towell, only to grab air. I can understand a periodic error of this nature. We're all human and we make mistakes. But to have it happen 3 weeks in a row is disappointing.
Attention to our individual concerns. When asked about recycling your representative gave us the proper referrals and direction to solve our concerns even though it was not directly related to your work with us.
You do a great job cleaning
The quality of the work that services master provides is completed as expected, as well as performing additional last minute services if requested.
alway could be cleaner the floors
So far, I've been very happy with the quality of cleaning from ServiceMaster but I've been most impressed with the level of oversight and followup from ServiceMaster Management.
Floor along baseboard is pretty discolored. Granted we have a new cleaning person, but this person has set the alarm off a couple of times. The bathroom sinks are beginning to build up a stain around the drain.
The company does a good job, very reliable, service is very good.
