What I like about ServiceMaster is that if for any reason I an not satisfied with their work they will do what ever it takes to make it right. But very seldom am I not satisfied.
Attention to detail and thorough - can always count on SM to come through when needed for emergency and special request cleaning on short notice - respectful of personal and professional belongings.

Communicate changes and do a better job cleaning. We have gone to once a week cleaning and we did not even know what day that would be. Now that we are once a week it needs to be cleaned better, like cobwebs cleaned and just a more thourough cleaning.

I have allways had great service from Service Master. They are a pleasure to do business with.
I like that they are attentive to our needs. If I have a problem they respond immediately in either an e-mail or call. They have replacement cleaners should our regular cleaner be unavailable.
Supplies are not being properly stocked so that we are covered between cleaning visits. We have completely run out of certain items.
I dont feel that they spend enough time cleaning, there is not much to clean and I feel that it is taken advantage of..putting toilet bowl cleaner in the toilet and leaving it does not constitute it being cleaned. The cleaning has been addressed several times before and it doesnt seem to matter.
Our Cleaning lady is very friendly and professional always asking what she can do to better help our environment.
The quality of service has not been consistent. Dean came in yesterday to evaluate the complaints. We are going to have the office cleaned this evening, we will see if the recommendations have been addressed tomorrow.
They seem to be pretty thorough and their customer service is good. If there is every a concern it is addressed immediately.

Be sure countertops are completely wiped and cobwebs are gotten from blinds and high places.

The turnover with your employees is poor. The employees should follow a checklist until they are familiar with cleaning our facilities. We have to constantly remind them to place papertowels in the dispenser. They forget to dust.... the new crew is not trained like the first crew.
The administrative oversight has been excellent. Once we worked out the effort issues in the facility, things have been going well overall.
Reliable and consistant
When we request something to be cleaned for any upcoming event, they clean the room or rooms in a timely manner. They are very conscious and efficient in what they do.
I like that our office is spotless everytime we come in. We also receive notes from our gentleman that lets us know if we are out of something. Just feels like someone from my family has been here and taken care of me.
We have a regular cleaning agent again and he is WONDERFUL!!!!! We are back to the great service we were used to having:) Thank you so much!
