Anything, and I mean anything, no matter how nit picky it could be, is addressed ASAP by the girls and Maria. They get on their hands and knees and scrub the corners,and crevices. It is amazing to see the love for their jobs. They want to please everyone.
Reliable and do not need to give direction. The work just gets taken care of which is great.

No disappointments. ServiceMaster does a fine job as our cleaning service. Cleaning is not a general subject that comes up with others but if it did I would recommend ServiceMaster.

The daily cleaning misses cleaning areas many times in the past couple of months.
Make sure all garbage cans are empty and garbage bags are put away. Vaccum under all desk and make sure all large pieces of paper are picked up off the floor.
Good job over all. some maintainance is overlooked. Like dirt on walls, etc.

We appreciate the communication with Joe. He always is very friendly. Whenever there has been a problem he takes it very seriously and gets is taken care of. Oh, and of course the cleaning ladies are doing a good job!

Consistency. Cleaning seems to be hit and miss. One week everything is done, the next week things are missed.
