Joe went out of his way to help. The receptionist didn't tell me the Bev Hills office was shut so I went there and Joe was amazing. I went on to SM -- he got me my cream, set me up a consult with a dr/ nurse. He really thought out of the box and was incredibly helpful. He is great.

i think that the people working there are very professional and they recognize you and keep track of how you are doing. Also very important is they don't keep you waiting for your appointment. I try to be on time if not early so i appreciate that..
