Great experience! This was our first time having our rug and couch professionally cleaned and will definitely be doing it again and using Zerorez. There was no chemical odor, the cleaner was very efficient, and there was very quick dry time which was perfect for our family.

The product used with Zerorez smells very clean. We have used them several times in the past years. The have not disappointed us. The person that cleaned our carpets this time was named " Yaun". He was very kind and helpful. We will definitely continue to use their services. We are looking to have our ducts cleaned for our next project with them. Thank you Zerorez.
