I have been turned away from SportClips before because I am female. However, I had a grand opening coupon for a free MVP treatment, so stopped in. Juliana is great at her job. I filled out a survey earlier today via a link sent me over email, but I could not remember the name of my hair artist because my receipt was at home. Everything nice I said in that email was aimed at Juliana.

What is the job title of these staff members? They are not beauticians nor barbers. I was going to say the person who cut my hair did a fabulous job. I have been turned away from SportClips because I am a woman and have long hair. Some of your locations claim to not cut women's hair. I do not remember the name of the person right now who cut my hair because my receipt is not in front of me. However, not only did she say staff are supposed to cut women's hair, she did a very good job. She was attentive, a good listener to the details of what I wanted, and took time and care completing the job, even though I had come in with a coupon for a free MVP experience as part of the grand opening special.

i didn't try any of the products but the services where very nice. the MVP services was excellet something i would get if i need to look my best. the VIP services we a good cut.

I greatly appreciate the R&R approach for SportClips. I have never experienced a massage during a haircut which was quite the treat for me. I will definitely see myself coming back in the near future.

The price was good for a senior citizen. The place was clean. The stylist was receptive to my requests. I could do with a lighter approach to the upsale and product promotions. Otherwise a good experience.
