There's always amazing service whenever I visit. Both Nancy and Lian are my go-to people for taking care of my hair. Every time I get a cut, there's at least one person who tells me how good it looks. I'm like "Well, it's just a haircut, but yeah, they did a great job, didn't they?".

I really enjoy going to Sport-Clips, as the store is local to me and I love that

When you make a reservation, all you do is walk into the store prior to your
appointment time, put your number in to be checked in, you wait for your stylist
to be ready to service you and that's it. There are times I have gone in, while
having a set appointment and I will usually be taken sooner, than what the time
says on the screen. I've always been satisfied with this. Although, every place is
different and depending on the barbers. But the location in South Pasadena, has
always been a great experience for me. The products are nice too, I got this moisturizer
by Tea Tree for my hair, leaving my hair free on knots and messy damp dry hair. Totally
recommend it.
I always go with Claudia, because she is a very approachable person. She has a great
attitude, very laid back and chill, always smiling, very considerate, compassionate & understanding, great listener and wonderful to talk to. Her and I, have a wonder relationship together, that I've built in the last 2 to 3 years, I have known her. But that doesn't mean, that all of the other stylists aren't approachable too. The staff there, are very friendly and cool.
Anyway, Claudia is very wonderful. Her skills cutting hair, has always been a breeze. I really feel that she is the best in my opinion. There are days, she may have missed some minor details while cutting my hair, as I would point out and she would immediately correct without
no problem. I always tip her the highest, because of not only what she does cutting my hair, and doing other things when washing my hair, or using the hot towels on my face, then using the massage gun on my shoulders, that's with the MVP package. She really treats my hair well, especially that I have it colored and she can relate to that, because she has highlights too. She always knows best for me and he customers, giving me and others the best service possible, coming out with an excellent haircut.
Claudia always makes me feel at home when I go into Sports-Clips. The prices are decent,
a little on the high side, but that's because, of what is included in the packages. There are a number of different packages. Like The basic Precision Haircut, JV for kids, Varsity for Adults, Senior Varsity and MVP. Which you can find on the website, of the different packages. But they are worth it, because again, it depends on the place and the stylist.
Anyway, that's all for my review. Really love this place and I can't recommend it anymore enough. 10 out of 10.
