I always love the MVP experience, but this time Claudia made it better by letting me know about the free neck shave. And then she moisturized my hair, and made sure to use the massage thing which I know normally comes with the MVP but with past visits never got it so assumed it was gone.
Claudia definitely was a great conversation during my cut and made me feel like a real MVP here.
