I like that you guys have great deals. BUT you need to work on time management seems like every time I have an a appointment I have to wait 10 to 30 minutes more after the time I booked. Other than that I love going to skin matters.

Convenience, first of all. I love the online tool. Courtesy - I'm always greeted warmly. Professionalism - the technicians generally ask how my treatments are going and seem genuinely interested in hearing about my results. The only downside is the drive up to visit, but I willing make it and am considering more services just because of the factors mentioned above. Thank you!

Gary is always very thorough and super friendly. I was surprised to see results as early as 2 sessions in, and I can't wait to see the final results. My wait time Is consistently short, and everyone has been knowledgeable, friendly, and professional.

What do you like about our services?

I have only made an appointment so far, so have not had my first visit. However, I would just like to make a suggestion about your website. I noticed that the website does not list the business hours. It would be very helpful to have that information on the website, for anyone new planning to check out the spa, or to do a walk-in. It would also be helpful to indicate on the website how many Botox units are included in the $175, and what the charge would be for each additional unit.
