I enjoy that you work all the muscle groups but it is not high impact and a lot of movement but you get a great work out.
I also like all the different teachers and hours so you can fit it into your schedule.

I can actually see the results in a way that I can't with other workouts. Plus it's kind to my joints with not a lot of jumping around.
