The staff at PT are friendly and professional. They are extremely accommodating when it comes to getting me in for service, whether its for a simple oil change or something more labor intensive that I need done to my car. I recently had an incident with 4 tires that I purchased 10 months prior. Due to distributor availability, the tire companies lack of response and cooperation, it took 2 months to resolve. However, Stan and others stayed diligent, working the issue, until he came up with a solution that I feel was fair for me AND PT. I will ALWAYS support and recommend a business that focuses on customer service and customer satisfaction.

Michael did an excellant service on short notice. brought vehicle in late in hopes they could fit it in the following day and Michael called within a couple of hours and had already diagnosed the potential problem but would follow up in morning. I appreciate the welcoming atmosphere. For me, it's always a challenge to have car issues (and I have a lot with a 2004 BMW that has 260,000 plus miles). I believe the honesty and integrity starts with the management and is positive on the shop as a whole (the "trickle down effect").
