I always know I can take my car to Dennis at Precision Care in Lexington Park, Md. As a woman, I've been over priced at other places and the wool totally pulled over my eyes. I've had work done on my car that didn't need to be done. Not at Precision, I get fantastic prices and I know when I pull out, my car is in great condition. Last week, I took my car to have my transmission fluid exchanged and I was shocked when I was told that they couldn't do it because they didn't have what the stick read, in fact they had never heard of it. I was advised to take the car to the Honda dealer. Dennis made a call and got it worked out for me but prior, he told me that if he puts the wrong fluid in my car and I leave and something happens, well, he didn't want that to happen. I KNOW I've taken my car to other places that they would have put whatever in my car. As a woman, we don't always know and we have to depend on who is servicing our vehicle. That means a lot to me to receive that kind of care and honesty. I've recommended several friends to take their car to Dennis and I will continue. Thanks for great quality service!
