I've been a customer of this Precision Tune for over 10 years with various old vehicles (now with a new vehicle). The people are knowledgeable and pleasant. They have always been direct in answering questions and identifying problems with immediate and future impact. They have never tried to oversell me and their service pricing is reasonable to me.

Jeff was very accommodating and considerate. He gave me advice about my tires and was thorough in looking over my vehicle for issues I might need to know about. The waiting room leaves a lot to be desired if you're waiting for your vehicle, but I was very happy overall with my visit.

Service is fast. Employees are courteous and they don't try to sell you services you don't need, but they do recommend services I may have overlooked.
Mr. Johnny and many other precision staff are always professional. Whenever I have an issue going on with my car they are great about explaining everything and will let you know the pros and cons of getting certain services for your car.

Car seems to run better so far. However, concerned about service. Vehicle has a little over 17000 mile. but technician entered over 129000 in computer, and failed to pace oil change sticker in vehicle. After spending almost $500 for service, would have thought they would have been more careful.
Danny and the crew were amazing. Very helpful quick and attentive to my concerns. I will only take my baby to them from now on.
