Instructor was great! I really liked her style and the flow of class. It was a full class, and the room heated up really quickly...a like AC would have been nice.

I like so much about it! I like the focus on proper form and technique. I like breaking up the muscle groups and giving them a stretch before you move on to the next set. And I like how every work out is challenging - there is always a new moves to work on. It's an empowering work out and I'm such a fan.

Beautiful studio.....immaculate. Instructors are so well trained and offer as much one on one as help as possible while still instructing. No down time during the 55 minute class.....every minute is devoted to your workout.

I love that it's a time for me to put everything else aside and focus on myself mentally and physically. It makes you feel good about yourself. Not only do you see a physical change, but a whole mind-body change.
