i like the instructor because she monitors our movements, makes gentle corrections & gives praise!! such a positive experience.

I like the atmosphere and encouraging instructors. I also love that the workouts are low impact. The music is great, my butt has been sufficiently kicked the past week, I am already more flexible, and my chronic back pain has improved.

Challenging workout that made me sweat! Surprisingly i wasnt super sore the next day like i am when i lift weights so i liked that.
Liked it but didn't like that you have to buy sticky socks.
Pure Barre is awesome. It is a total body workout and every class is different. I love the energy and the music is great.

It felt so good to get back to Barre. I took a few months off and feel better already. I like the low impact of it but at the same time I know my muscles are getting a great workout. The shake says it all. I also like that it is not a "gym" atmosphere. The women there are friendly and a bit older like myself so I don't feel intimidated. Really love these classes :)
It's a different kind of workout and it's not overly intimidating. It's also easy enough for beginners to do.
