All pictures are top quality. In addition to the picture packages, which are reasonably priced, I usually order a sports key chain to display on my bag at all times. Recently I had a concern about a change in the picture format on a sports key chain I ordered. I am not one that usually complains; however, I chose to speak up and let TSS know about my dissatisfaction with the change. Rather than offer my money back so I would just go away, TSS asked how I would like to have the problem resolved and promptly resolved the problem to ensure I was 100% satisfied with their product. And I received my replacement key chain very quickly. They were professional and friendly form the day of the picture being taken up until I was extremely happ with my order. And I thought customer service was a think of the past. Thank you TSS for being a team player and scoring a touchdown with me.
