I like how informative & up-to-date all the employees are with the majority of the products. If there is an item they are not familiar with, they are up front about it. I also like how friendly the staff is & how they make my shopping experience personable. Love shopping here!

Products were recommended based on my specific needs and goals. The products I sampled were in line with my caffeine and stimulant tolerances. I wasn't just trying things out because they were best sellers or because they had great tastes. Even though, everything I did try had great flavor!
I found a new product that I would have never even have tried before if it weren't for Patrick's knowledge and recommendation.
I love everything about this place!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

First of all I've been a customer for years and love your products. I am a first responder and was given a hero card and now I'm told it's not good anymore that I have to pay to use my discount. You still have signs up everywhere that says military and first responders get 25% sent off. I told the clerk that and he said that the sign is just to bring people in to sign up. Every time I go in I feel bullied into buying the program and shamed when i.don't buy it. You guys have become like cheap car salesman or harassing furniture salesman. The prices are too high and I'll look for my supplements elsewhere.
