Everyone enjoys a delicious, freshly baked cookie;- but artistically decorated, seasonal flowers set up in a bouquet are especially enticing cookies. Of course, the gourmet cookies included as part of the "bou-tray" were also very special.

I placed my order on-line from Toronto, Canada to send a Christmas treat to my daughter and son-in-law since they have recently moved to California. I had ordered a cookie cake for my husband's birthday. When it arrived, it was in shambles. I was so disappointed. I called the company to explain what happened. I even emailed pictutes of the destroyed cake to them so they could see first hand. Ms. D. Larsen was awesome! She listened to me, was very apologetic, and told me that they would give me a full refund...which they did. I've used Cookies by Design in the past, and have always been very pleased. Here is yet another reason why I will continue to use them in the future!
