It's a really easy ordering on phone and service was great. According to the person I sent them to they were delicious.

Polite, efficient service, however, I was promised an email picture of the cookie bouquet that I ordered, but never got it.

However, the reason I'm giving you a 9 and not a 10 is that when I was ordering on line it gave me the option to submit my e-mail and receive a 10% coupon I could use on my order. "Sign up for our email and get 10% off your first order.*" However, I never received an e-mail with the 10% off coupon. Obviously you have my correct e-mail address or I wouldn't have received this.
