I was very happy with service....I ordered online nearly 1pm and really wanted same day service so called the location eight away. At first the owner said it would be for next day but she saw u was desperate and fulfilled it same day! My friend lived the bouquet!
I bought Cookies by design as a gift for a friend working in America. (I'm from the UK) I was emailed instantly to let me know they wouldn't be able to deliver on the chosen date but gave alternatives. I was personally emailed a number of times and helped to arrange the delivery at a suitable time. After a week I was emailed saying that my gift could be delivered on my specified date, which it was and was great fully received.
Brilliant service, I can't comment on the cookies but apparently they looked amazing and taste even better!
I liked how easy it was to place order online. I also appreciated the confirmation of delivery. Any chance I could have a sample sent to my home, so I know the actual taste of the product?

I loved how accommodating they were and how quick thee service was. My friend was so blown away by the baby block cookie bouquet that she cried!
I heard immediately from the store that they would be personally delivering the cookie basket that day. It was good to know that it was going to make it on time and by hand without damage. Basket was left at the doorstep that day, and received well.

The Cookie Bouquets are very creative and colorful. Unlike a floral bouquet, they are delicious to eat. They were able to edit a get well wish and delivered in a timely matter. The recipient truly loved them.
