Alright. So...
I could probably write a novel here, but I'm going to try and be as succinct as possible.

Ann Kratofil at the Madison, WI Cookies by Design store is THE BEST.
I actually cannot explain the level of service she gave me, and I wish I could have Ann run every single aspect of my life.

I placed a Cookies by Design order, not expecting a ton. I couldn't find the cookie shape I wanted (shoes) so I settled (for cows) and made it into a joke. Ann saw this, called me (mind you, literally SECONDS after I submitted my order) and asked if I would, in fact, prefer shoes to the cows for which I settled.

I said "YES", "YOU ARE AMAZING",- and then she proceeded to help me devise a clever message to go along with the shoes.

She followed up with every step of the process- updating me on the designs and checking for my approval. The ultimate design was FANTASTIC, and the recipients immediately told me how much they loved their cookies.

Ann even planned the delivery to the hour- knowing exactly when my recipients would be available.

I honestly cannot say enough nice things about her. She has made this experience such an amazing one, I honestly feel like she should run the customer service division of the entire company. I cannot fathom a better person to execute every order with this degree of attention to detail.

She. Is. Amazing.
