Everyone at Fitness Together is very professional, knowledgeable and kind. I’m impressed with the way that each trainer has worked with my body’s needs and that they have made sure these are addressed as I’ve progressed in my training.
i have worked with David and First name removed for the past 2 years. Physically, I have made huge strides rehabilitating injuries from an accident. Their ability to analyze what is going on during a daily session and modify the program to address problem areas has been incredibly successful.
Another factor is less tangible. First name removed and David do a great job reading how I feel before we begin a work out adding focused stretching or rolling to get the kinks out.
The entire staff is super personable and know the clients by name. It is always enjoyable and beneficial when I go to a training session.
