Staff are really welcoming and always make sure that you have a great workout.
I love all the trainers at Northshore Fitness together. Each one has a unique training style. All of them know how to encourage you when you think you’ve reached your limit. It’s so nice to work out with caring trainers.

Trainers are great! Theypush us just the right amount, challenging us to do more than we think we can but also listening to our various physical issues or concerns and making the necessary modifications.
Fitness Together does an excellent job for what my needs are and in tailoring my training to those needs. Joey is a great trainer and is professional as well as personable. I really like, even with Zoom training, he is always watchful to make sure I not only am doing the exercises he directs me to do but as important, makes sure my technique is correct. On my own, I have had times where I did not have good technique and have injured myself. Thanks!
Individulalized training and Session Trainer Continuity
The small studio with two training rooms and cardio equipment in the lobby felt very safe during Covid restrictions. The trainers I have worked with are very knowledgeable and designed a program for my needs and goals. Workouts can be modified or rescheduled when needed to accommodate issues such as recovery from a medical procedure.
This is one of the best investments I have made for my wellness and fitness.
I have been going to Fitness together for many years. I have five replacement joints. The trainers work with me to strengthen my muscles to prolong the life of my joints. Two knees and one shoulder are over 20 years old. I am old too!!!!

The cost for training is very expensive and believe there are things you could add for clients to feel like they were getting true value for the cost. I would start with a goal setting book for clients to track their workouts and achievements. I would also recommend better follow up with results and clients reaching their goals.
The services at Fitness Together are highly customized. After getting into a workout routine, I found that there were some exercises that I enjoyed more or wanted to try. Patrick put together a series of workouts that focused on my goals, challenged me and were fun. For me the hardest part of working out is usually getting through the front door. After working with Patrick and the rest of the Fitness Together team, my workouts are the highlight of my day.
Great trainers.
Having the same trainer for several years has been very important. I really enjoy working with Rachel. She is very aware of my capabilities and limitations and works hard to design programs specifically for me. As I am rehabilitating my knee, she is working hand-in-hand with my physical therapist.

Highly Trained and personalized , effective training for your body
By far the best personal training I have had. My trainer pushes me to the limit and really wants me to succeed while at the same time making sure I don’t get injured. The hardest part about working out is always knowing what to do an why and then staying motivated. It is never a problem to be motivated when your trainer is super motivated every single day.
