I cannot tell you the difference Fitness Together and all the trainers there have made in my life! I have more energy, better muscle tone, and better balance since becoming a member about 4 years ago. I lost close to 25 pounds over the past two and a half years without dieting. Slowly but surely, but that’s the way to keep it off and focus on being healthier!
I want to give a special thanks to Josh who has worked with me on a regular basis for the past year. He takes the time to truly get to know me and my physical skill set!
Each trainer provides focused sessions that accommodate the individual’s workout needs. Safety and challenge are keys, but most important is that each trainer is a great listener.
