I like an inspector that not only finds the faults, but when does clearly makes the clients understand what is normal and gives corrective solutions, there are a lot of normal wear and tear as well as age issues that are quite normal, so they make an informed decision not a panic, "This property has problems" I have experienced this with Mr. Block.
