Everything. The menu, the waitstaff, the ambience.
Even though we live about halfway to Chattanooga now (!), we still try to get back to Fifth Group restaurants when we can. We go back to the beginning - as I was telling our waiter who is new to your system about the Food Studio - and the era of “tall food”…that’s a long time ago! Somewhere I think I still have an active gift card in one of those little booklets with the Food Studio logo on it. I’m not even sure if Ecco had been built yet. We love your Vinings location for South City. Came in for a belated birthday. Late lunch. Food was perfect as always. New server, Brandon, I’m pretty sure his name is - has been with the company for just a few months - was outstanding. Great service and super personable. A great experience all the way around. And we left full!

The food was great! I've been to South City Kitchen many times over the years and they are still maintaining a high standard. We were served quickly and the food and drinks were good like they always are.
I used a gift card after we received our check. Our server ran the gift card and returned the updated check, and I left a cash tip but forgot to have her run my credit card. We received a phone call on the way home informing us of my error. I returned and paid, and the staff was gracious.
Our server was spot on, made reccomendations for 2 out of our party of 3 and was pleasant to talk to.
We love SCK! The food and drinks never disappoint. We each tried something new and enjoyed it.
The person who took our order made sure my allergy concerns were taken care of. The chiefs who cooked the trout were spot on. I would order it again
The food is always great. The manager is always present and supporting her team. The bartender, Alexis, is knowledgeable over the menu. She has a great smile and super kind.

One thing that I’d like to say-
There recently has been a valet parking available. Last night it was no longer there and I asked about it. I have come to rely on it.
There is very little to no handicap parking near by the restaurant . Having the valet there assured me a not too long walk to the entrance and a space to park. Often times the parking lot is so busy that I will circle the lot for upwards of 15 minutes trying to get a spot to park. This has led me to be frustrated, and actually leave to go to another nearby restaurant with easier to achieve parking .
