Excellent help! Kesean and Mitchell worked quickly and carefully to tote very heavy and awkwardly large furniture upstairs; there is no way we could have accomplished this. They were prompt, courteous, professional, and effective with our three-hour window. Thank you:)
Everyone was so polite, helpful, and extremely careful with our belongings!! There is not one thing I could come up with to improve on, and if I could give them a higher rating than 10, I would!!

The student athlete movers were always working and didn't stop until the move was complete. They were great to answer any and all questions we had. Used pads and made sure that all of my belongings. It was an overall great experience and I will definitely use them again.
The 2 athletes who were packing my furniture & placing everything in the pod for moving were personable, professional & knowledgeable. They took great care of my family heirlooms & antiques. They also did an excellent job fitting everything into my container like a puzzle in order to have everything fit into the single pod. A 3 bedroom house into 1 pod - that took plannig & spatial reasoning. They were great!

we felt that they were purposely dragging their time out so we had to pay more...we understand you have to wrap things for our and your protection...but wrapping excessively (3 layers of blankets?) was rediculous. your workers were very polite and very good at their job...your head guy was on the other hand weird about everything and very hard on his workers. being mean to them is not acceptable in our eyes...pushing them like race horses is wrong!!! we felt that for the amount of things we had you guys move (which was why we had movers...for the heavy things) should have only taken under 3 hrs. we moved alot of things on our own...and for you guys to take that long (at our expense) is maddening! suggestion? get a new head guy! he was strange and overly polite and rediculously leading his workers!!! never will we recommend your company (way way over priced)! we feel sorry for the workers for sure! How fast the job was completed, 5 guys moved my old furniture 26 huge armoires 220 lbs, 26 chests with desk attached 150 lbs, 26 tables, 26 night stands 50 luggage benches at my hotel. Half of this stuff was up at stairway, not easy to access. Then they installed all of my new furniture same amount of items (one huge semi truck),back in to my rooms in 3 and a half hours. That's 5 guys moving 2 semi truck loads in 3 1/2 hours. I'm very impressed because I know how difficult it is to move this furniture because I have moved it many times in my life to replace carpet in my hotel rooms. I have 2 more semi trucks on the way and I will have the meatheads there to help FOR SURE.
The movers were SO wonderful! Friendly, prompt, quick. Most of all, they were careful! We had ZERO breakage. ZERO scratches! Everything was perfect. Thank you!!
As I said in an earlier survey, there were items left behind that required the rental of another truck to move. When I explained this to a representative, they assured me I'd receive a reimbursement to cover the rentals, plus time and effort. This was over a week ago, and as of this writing, I've received nothing.
The personnel were stellar, but the organization and execution of my move, and subsequent interactions with company representatives have lefts something to be desired.
Prompt, polite, and took suggestions well.
The move was not completed. I had to make 6 round trips to finish moving my belongings to the new house.
To make it right how about a $500 refund
Too big of a hurry. Need to be a little more sensitive to handicapped individualso. My husband has leukemia & they were a bit testy about his slowness & not very responsive when he needed a little extra help.

First I found more damage to my house and furniture than the pics you have already received. I would like to say that your team worked very hard so it is not for lack of effort or caring about my things. It has to do with a lack of training and knowhow.
#1 Not enough equipment my personal appliance dolly was larger and better than what your men had, they also should of had a hand truck. They had only 1 floor dolly should of been 4 and no less than 2. #2 I loved the saran wrap but wrapping all item with large blankets makes it hard to carry and stack items. Better to use ram board on doors and corners cover hand rails with blankets. #3 Large items should have been stage out side using dollies instead of lifting there are dollies with boards in between the 2 dollies. Also have a ramp to make going over the door seal give you more control as you go out the door. #4 Loading a truck that far off the ground the large pieces should have been put on the lift gate not walked up a ramp the was three feet high. #5 THIS IS BIG YOUR PEOPLE MADE IT VERY CLEAR when truck is full they are done loading. This is only fair if you have people who know how to load a truck. That the only way that I got everything move was with three loads with my truck and a personal trailer. That Irv and myself did a lot of moving. I just had surgery. LET ME MAKE THIS CLEAR EVERYTHING COULD HAVE AND SHOULD HAVE BEEN ON YOUR TRUCK. As it was I had to the next day with some young girls to finish up with my bad hand. If I had not been able to do this extra work with Irv and the girls we would be fighting over payment because how bad the loading was. #6 The mistakes were made at the end of the day when your guys had worked so hard. A lot of this could have been avoided with proper training. Like when setting something near a wall lift one side use foot or to slide over then other side not bend over and try lift and push. Use gliders to get next to walls. #7 They did not have simple tools like screw drivers both hand and power rubber mallets. Mallets for taking apart a bed frame. AGAIN I MUST ADD YOU HAVE A BUNCH OF GOOD GUY WHO WORK VERY HARD
Everything was great. The movers showed up on time, were careful with everything including wrapping anything that needed it. The move was done in the time that was estimated and nothing was broken or damaged.

Too much conversation between the two workers. 20 minutes on the clock to discuss contract before and after work started.
To make things better the 20 minures in question should ot be charged for. No talking during $. 128 per hour fee!!!!!!!
The young athletes were courteous, professional, efficient, and surprisingly more careful in handling furniture and protecting newly installed wood flooring than I had expected. Excellent job all around!
