Very pleasant and efficient to work with. They handled all of the furniture and boxes with care as if it was there own.

Set ups was very easy, Megan was very knowledgeable, explained all my options me. I had to make a late switch and added services, and was handled with a smile and great professionalism by her. The packers "Suzette & Spencer" were very personal , yet professional. All in all, a very positive experience< and I can strongly recommend Meathead movers. My actual move it still pending, but I am certain, it will be just as well.

More accuracy with estimate. Disclose items not covered by liability when you see them for estimate. I had an antique organ and a pinball machine. We were very specific about being concerned that they were moved correctly, and estimator told us not to worry because you guys were trained and skilled. When the contract showed up, we were surprised that pinball machine was excluded from liability, but we still decided to use you guys since so close to move date. We were even more shocked that you guys tried to exclude the organ too on the actual move date. After some back & forth, you guys reluctantly covered it. To be clear -- good chance we would NOT have used your service if we knew these 2 items would not be covered. Should have been our choice, but felt like bait & switch. Estimator also severely underestimated packing time even though I had already organized and grouped most everything for packing. You guys also promised me 3 "Princess Packers" and we were assured they were very skilled at their job. On packing date, no "princess packers" showed, though you sent one later. Really upsetting since all I had left in my house mostly consisted of antique crystal dishes, fine china, antiques, etc.
This is only to do with your packers. They were out yesterday and less than efficient, they seemed to move along once I had spoken to your company. However I'm now left with many items that weren't packed. I have not heard back from your company as of now.
Everyone was very professional and you can tell how much your customer service skills mean so much to your business. I applaud where your business started and how much your business has grown.

They went beyond their call of duty the give a high quality service with a smile. They worked endlessly and on time giving my family their best efforts. I've never had a problem three times that I've used meathead movers crew guys for my moves. You're always on time! The movers are always with a great attitude and expedient making smart decisions on how to pack the truck which I appreciate. The more organized I am the smoother the move the guys of always picked up on my method of marking what goes and what doesn't. It's true when empty-handed the jog back to the truck. I will continue to use meathead movers and I will gladly continue to recommend them. Thank you for your professionalism it's a great stress reliever!
