The guys are always super great: courteous, careful, and kind. They even provided me a very comfortable camping-type chair to sit in and rest! Cameron and Taylor were my movers and I would definitely refer them and Meathead Movers any and every time! I've used this company for four different moves - wouldn't want any other movers. Very easy to reserve, great over the phone customer service. Brian and Damian were great! They worked hard and got everything unloaded within the hour I reserved, but they were also very careful and handled everything with care as they took everything to the 3rd floor apartment. I really can't say enough good things.

The move overall went mostly well, but unfortunately it took entirely too long from start to finish. One of my movers, Joseph, had become ill at some point during the morning and informed me toward the end of loading the truck that he may or may not be able to complete the job because he was not feeling well. Honestly, I was wondering what was taking so long and wished he would have told me that from the beginning but I understand he wanted to try to get through the job; so did I! I'm not sure what time the replacement (Skylar) was actually called in, (and I thank him for showing up to work a job he was not scheduled for), but wish that he would have been called in earlier than he was. By the time he arrived to Burbank from the Oxnard office on a Friday evening it was late, close to 6pm (after a 9:45 am arrival). After that, the unloading took less than 3 hours as expected. I appreciate Joseph's honesty and I wish no ill will toward him or the other movers or the company. It was an unfortunate situation for everyone. I do thank everyone involved for their patience and time and for adjusting the charges so that I would not be charged for an 11-hour move to a one-bedroom apartment! I do believe that the move would not have taken much more than 5-6 hours had Joseph been feeling his best. Ralph was a trooper as I can imagine the day must have been frustrating for him, too. Ralph, Joseph and Skylar were all polite and courteous during the move. I thank you all for your service. Name removed

I liked that I was sent a picture of the workers before hand. I liked that the contract was clear and they took the time to review it. It was totally planned and didn't feel shady or hinky. The crew was amazing. They were the hardest working men on this planet, seriously I have a lot of stuff and they took care of everything with care , kindness and respect of all my personal property. I will be calling them again for my last part of my move in May.

I used MM in the past and had a great experience. This time it was not. I voiced clear directions and concerns many times regarding the packing. The movers were careless with a few pieces of furniture, such as laying a white fabric headboard ON the paring lot blacktop without any wrapping or regard. It is now staineed snd will not come out (the parking lot was just repaved 3 days prior). A leather bench was shoved in between boxes with no protective wrap. I bought mattress bags, and when I saw they were in the pod container with no wrap, they said it did not fit. They did not tell me itherwise, we're just going to leave them off, and instead sold me yours for $16, which us ridiculous. I asked about all of the clearly visible empty spaces that could hold boxes, but was told they needed to leave room. This is not true. As a result, at least 15 boxes and a few pieces if furniture would not fit. The following day, my dad inspected the PODS snd removed more than half of what the guys packed. To be very blunt, they did a crap job. I am not gappy, and frankly had I known would not have topped these workers. I want to negotiate a partial refund due to the negligence and really uncaring attitude. They were 45 minutes late, did not tell me they would be taking a lunch break until 15 minutes prior, and did not advise when my 3 hours of hire was up, so I was surprised when they went overy an extra 45 minutes. Normally I would not complain, but there are so many points that were off, and with the mandatory repacking yesterday I cannot stay silent. I will not recommend MM to friends or family, and will not use your company again. For nearly $800 in labor, and having to repack appropriately and effetuvely, it was a horrible expensive mistake. Please have a supervisor contact me.
Taylor and Hector were fantastic! They were professional, organized, and friendly. All items were handled with care. You are right! They do run! Our move was done quickly and efficiently. I would absolutely recommend Meathead Movers.

VERY CLEAN AND GOOD GUYS
I was impressed. I expected young kids trying to earn a quick buck. These were young men that were professional and considerate. They obviously had training and were concerned about getting the job done right. They did not rush, they actually took their time and discussed the best way to move my safe at each phase, they were also very helpful without attitude or complaint when tbey learned abkut all the extra trips up and down the stairs i had forgotten to mention earlier. If I have moving needs again I will call this place again. If all the meathead employees are like these 3 young men you can not go wrong. Thanks guys and thanks for not putting me in the Kings chair!
