They were fast and energetic...but too fast sometimes in which gets boxes in wrong...also I lost my 17th Century German they call a closet was destroyed...I had told them to be very careful
We had a guy get injured and he couldn't continue and the company brought a new guy to continue. I have a great deal of respect for the company because they took such good care of their employees, very well played.
The loading went extremely well; however, on the second day with unloading in Sacramento, Meathead Movers arrived at 10 am instead of 9 am and that meant that the move wasn't over until 7 pm... And we had made arrangement to be there at 9 am so waisted an hour.
The people are helpful.
I do not care for your style of customer service. I find it inauthentic and disingenuous. The packers were almost an hour early and the calls to confirm my move were all on Sunday.

Friendly staff and very efficient
I did not care for the customer service. I felt they were overly perky and disingenuous. Furthermore, I had packing scheduled for 10 am, which was confirmed at least twice and they were calling me at 9am to figure out where I was. I don't mind people being early in general but that was not welcome with no forewarning. The calls to confirm the move were numerous and almost all on Sunday afternoon which again, is not the time I want to deal with business. If I am not working then I am trying to relax. Overall, this has not been a good experience so far. The packers were wonderful yesterday. I felt very comfortable with them and they were pleasant without overdoing it. I really enjoyed having Suzette and Kristin!
Prompt, customer service oriented, efficient and a positive attitude!
The men did not disappoint me during the review, they were very conscientious and hustled. After I signed the PODS contract numerous movers contacted me and they were much cheaper. However I had already spoke with Ali and felt like supporting the college students. I feel the higher cost supports all administrative staff and probably not the students.
Timely, extremely experienced and qualified personnel
did not finish packing truck but would come the next day for free. when we were leaving before arrival. Did not pack truck #2 PROPERLY CAUSED much damage to furniture and broke several possessions. You created much anguish and extreme emotional distraught.

MeatHead Movers helped us last week by moving furniture for six apartment units. They also threw out some old discarded furniture into the dumpster for us. We appreciate the hard work and great service.

We were very disappointed in the billing and set-up of your service. The gentlemen that arrived did a fine enough job, (however we only saw one guy jogging in between loading) but the move ended up costing us 3x the original quoted amount. We stressed when we arranged for the movers that we had very heavy furniture and even did the on-online inventory. It was very disappointing to have Skylar say they felt unsafe and if we didn't bring in more guys they would leave the job. We had no other options at that time. Suffice to say I would not recommend your services to anyone and we will be eating a lot of pasta since the move ended up costing WAY more than originally estimated. We would have continued to look around if we had known this was how it was going to be handled. We own a small business and know what customer service and satisfaction looks like and this isn't it.

The guys were friendly, professional, fine with taking direction, took good care with our belongings & worked as a fast & efficient team to get the job done as we asked. We had a finite amount of time. They were great at executing our game plan! The team leader (Wade) even talked to us about options for saving money if we needed to do that. Steven, Tyler, Wade & Marty will be our go to on our next move. These guys know how to hustle, get the job done & make you hate moving a lot less!
