Friendly outgoing staff. No overselling. Taking great care of the furniture and always checking to see if anything else needs to be done.
Be on time!! They arrived an hour and a half late stating they would need to take a lunch in 20-30 minutes for anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour.

I wanted someone to come in person to get an accurate estimate because I had no idea how many boxes I would have. But your company wouldn't do it. I would have gladly paid to have an estimator come out! So, it didn't fit on 1st try. On 2nd try, our stuff still didn't fit AND the truck broke down. We were in a rural area with no phone service so I had to drive 15 miles to call supervisor. I was told they couldn't do anything about it 'till he talked to his mover. My husband & I were on our way to a vacation and this 2nd move was unforseen. I was not about to go back. Justin said he can't do anything about it and then put mgr on phone who was very unprofessional! We have to rent a U-haul now to get the rest of our property. A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.
I was told that my location was considered a long distance so I was charged a flat fee. Thursday's pick up was supposedly 12 hours but the workers worked less than that and one of the boxes was left at the pick-up location. Three movers were supposed to be assigned to this move but only two unloaded the truck the next day.
My refrigerator and washing machine were scratched possibly because the load was too much for the poor guys.
In addition, I was told by Jacob on August 11 that they only had 2 hours allotted time to unload. They started a little after 10 and almost at 1:00. Is this information even accurate?

Every step was very easy from booking all the way through to the end. Extremely professional and friendly staff! I've used Meathead before and will do so anytime I need to move. They impressed all the individuals in involved with our rather complex move. We had 3 stops, dropping furniture off at each address. Everything went smoothly and safely!

On time, courteous, friendly, strong(!), protective wrap on furniture.
The Princess Packers (who where also my movers) did a very poor job of packing up my things. It seemed like they were movers who had never owned nice items. Among the issues encountered so far: (1) liquids packed in boxes with books, (2) drawers of fragile older furniture left full for move -- potentially stressing furniture, (3) books back poor resulting in bent covers and spines, (4) heavy items stacked on lighter items repeatedly, and (5) some items left unwrapped and sitting in open boxes.
Despite being nice and professional in person, the movers treated my possessions as if it were crap to be thrown into boxes and carted off to the trash, rather than a collection of items that I have been collecting over my lifetime. Some of these have been in my family for many years. I'm extremely glad that I packed some items on my own before these packers came, especially kitchen items. I'm very disappointed, and the only reason I didn't give zero stars is because the packers/movers were nice and professional.
