i was impressed from the beginning. Your office staff are easy to reach, professional, friendly and organized. The movers demonstrated great communication skills when the going got tough.
I like the fact that they called me to let me know they were on their way. They all introduce themselves to me and was very polite and very professional. They kept me informed as to what they were doing, How long they estimated it would take for them to pack everything up and they didn't hesitate to ask me a question if one came up. The lead explained all the documents to me and Took time to explain if I had a question. It was a very pleasant and professional experience. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

The two student athletes that performed our move were very professional and courteous. They did a great job wrapping our belongings to protect them from damage. I would definitely use them again.
Scheduling has been disappointing/challenging. Five minutes before Princess Packers were to arrive to continue my whole house pack out...I received a call from a male saying he was my princess packer for the day w/one other male. I canceled, and had to reschedule for ladies the next day.
Some of the packing has been extremely careless lacking common sense, not following my initial instructions on the walk-through. I had to have them unpack it and re-pack it.... wasting valuable time, money and energy! Adding stress to this house-flooded disaster.
You guys did a great job. Very professional and meticulous. I really appreciated how well you treated my things and how smoothly everything went.

I liked the young men and women working and supporting themselves through college. Everyone had been so nice and always introduced themselves when the arrived or called to confirm.
I had the most hardworking young men that helped me and my husband move into our first home..... Nate and Sal made our move so easy. We didn't have to lift a finger... they were amazing. Worth every cent!!!!
We have used Meathead Movers at least five times in the last 5 years. They are always professional, courteous and hard working. I would always call them and highly recommend them. They make moving easy 😊

I gave the guys highest marks on written evaluation, but honestly, I was disappointed. They were both great guys and not afraid to work hard, although they could have managed their time and my packing blankets better. They took way too much time on simple tasks like talking about how to do things that they ran over by 1.25 hours, charged me for blankets I needed for some important furniture and still didn't finish everything. Edgar was In charge but poor time management was his fault, Eric was very uncertain about what to do.
Again; both guys were great, and I gave them generous tips, but it cost me a lot more money than it should have. I overheard Edgar even telling someone on the phone it was his fault it went over on time as he was adding up the extra cost to my ticket.
Appreciate the service you provide, but disappointed this time. I have used Meathead many times in the past for personal and business.

Always on time. Always very polite.
Each crew member introduced themselves with a confident smile. One guy had 18inch arms! They got me moved in and out in no time. Tim did a great job leading his team of studs. Their Storage was very clean with automatic lights, carts, and nice guys that stopped by to say hi. All this while I was able to sit in a chair and stay out of the heat. Well done!
