Fun. Coaches are friendly and encouraging with the kids. Love when they have to kinda yank em around lol to get them in position. My son LOVES the program, we will continue! So glad we chose Crossroads via I-9.
It is very much focused on fundamentals, teamwork, and giving all kids at all skill levels an opportunity to play and love the sport. Everyone is friendly and supportive. It also gives parents an opportunity to test and see if their child really likes the sport. My daughter loves it and has learned ALOT.
In general, i9 is really well run and is great to be a part of. In basketball specifically, for the youngest age group, I wonder if it is possible to further lower the baskets. There are a number of kids who are not yet physically able to get the ball above the rim when they shoot. That's what would make the program even better for my daughter and others on the team.
Thanks
My granddaughter has such a passion for basketball and she is being taught on how be a team player. I enjoy watching her grow and play a sport she loves
I really would like to than Deb who made this very easy and was responsive to questions. I met a dad with an i9 shirt on at First watch who said he was a coach. I asked if it was a supportive and wholesome league - and he was very positive in his response. It has been a GREAT experience - our first organized basketball experience. The coach for the Untouchables was great. Parents were friendly. All around great experience!
