The coaches were amazing and made sure my 8yr old is enjoying his time on the court while also picking up basic volleyball techniques which are complex to explain and demonstrate to an 8 year old!
We like the way that it is not competitive but aimed at making it fun for the children. We also appreciate being able to move a child from one session to another once we understood which would be the best fit.
I like that you offer Sunday programs (since Saturdays are harder for us due to a conflict), I like that you have various locations though we've only been to Robert Frost, I like that practice and game are together in one session. I like the lead coach for the Sunday basketball at Robert Frost for the 7-9 kids (other coaches too but the lead coach does the most in terms of teaching kids the rules and how to play).
It’s not overly priced for the amount of classes offered. i9 also gives opportunity for the kids that are not yet in school to still participate in team sports and learn foundation of teamwork, problem solving skills, following directions, camaraderie, and more.
I like that there’s an emphasis on skilled development and smaller games, improve the skills versus league competition. It really improves the team spirit and allows the kids to develop without feeling like they aren’t meeting a certain standard.
