Overall good communication and repeatable set of expectations for both parents and coaches. Also nice to have a lot of options so close to home for the kids. The system makes most things easy, although website navigation could be slightly improved. Two areas of feedback: 1) It would be nice to have at least one team meeting where its only a practice before we start games. The first sunday, specifically for football, is extremely hectic with just meeting kids and starting to play against another team right away. It would be great to get some time with the team under our belts first. We never really get time to plan and work with the kids for a long extended amount of time in the beginning. Again, just one day would be great. 2) Again for flag football specifically, I know the flags need to pop off easily but these flags are very low quality. They become an issue at the younger age and constantly have to be fixed. Not sure what other solutions exist but having something that stays on the hips but lets the flags just pop off (like in the other league) would be nice.
