Indie seemed happy when I saw her on camera. Her grooming seemed pretty good except she had a yellow tint to her beard and her bottom didn't seemed to be trimmed .Only reason I didn't give a ten you didn't give her her gland x and toothbrush dentix daily

I know that GIBBS is getting good care from the staff and appreciate that the facilities are so clean. It is also very apparent to me that all staff love what they're doing. It's the little things like seeing (on camera/video) them lean over and give our pets a scratch behind the ear or pet their head! Most importantly is - whenever I have come to pick GIBBS no matter who is at the front desk at the time they have ALWAYS been able to give an anecdote about him. Thank you for all the extra care.
