We’ve only done meet and greet but you’ve been very accommodating and attentive to the dogs.
Caring environment
When boarding, how about sending a video of my dog interacting with others and the friends he makes while staying. I hear nice stories of his interaction with others, but would love to see it.
International travel puts us in totally different time zones so your cameras are off when others are awake and enjoying their day.
I appreciate the care that my dog receives, as well as the way that staff seem to like their work.
Great service and totally trust the team at the Gilbert Dogtopia with our puppy! Daycare or boarding, they are the best!

Everyone there loves dogs and there are so many cute things going on throughout the month.

Friendly staff that know me and my dog! They are attentive to his habits and personality. They know his friends and activities he enjoys. He is a happy boy when I pick him up, which means I am happy. They plan fun activities and I love watching him at the camera throughout the day.
Everyone was so friendly and helpful at the East Pasadena location. All my questions were answered and I felt at ease leaving my dog in their care. I am so happy they are open in my city!
I specifically let the staff know my dog has a very difficult time during storms and really needs to be distracted or may need to moved into a smaller room or a crate thats covered. I went to the webcam after him being there for a couple hours and he was either jumping on the door and/or standing in front of it almost frozen, something he does at home when scared. The people in the daycare room didn’t engage with him and it was his first time there. I asked if there was other crates outside that room so he could calm down, but was told “not really, we have suites but don’t use those for that”. So I was really disappointed bc the one thing I stressed the front desk and the “evaluator” how scared he gets.
Corby loves coming to Dogtopia! He loves the people, the other doggies and can’t wait to come back every week! Thank you to the entire team!
Groomers do an excellent job
The staff is friendly and nice. Ruthie seems to be happy to go there.
I told every person that I was a customer already with Dogtopia and was told twice that my meet and greet could be extended for Ariel to stay the entire day for free. The first time I was told was when I made the appointment and it was reiterated after she completed the meet and greet.
The problem was when I arrived, I was told I had to pay for the full day of daycare because I was already a customer of Dogtopia. I paid the fee and advised the aforementioned. The lady said she would mention the issue to “him” and let me know if he will give a refund to my card.
I’m not calling to follow up because exposure of such unprofessional and unethical practice needs to be shared to other current and potential customers. Shameful!
Staff are very friendly
My dog has a lot of anxiety and it’s really hard for me to find a safe space where I trust who he’s with and I can check up on him. Dogtopia does an amazing job and he always comes back happy, healthy, and with new friends!
