Honestly every issue that has arisen has been quick to be fixed and the office manager is very attentive and on top of making sure things are okay and run smoothly.
Dogs should be pooping and peeing outside not sanitary. Health issues. Our dog came home sick got pneumonia.
The entire team at Dogtopia Elsmere is incredible. I’m pretty sure my dog doesn’t even remember me from the moment he walks into the door until I have to drag him back out.
Everyone is super friendly and they genuinely care about the pups. My dog has anxiety issues and will escape given the chance. The facility keeps her safe with 10' fences, crates she can't escape from and always under the watchful eye of the staff. I love this place for my dog and would recommend to anyone.

We were going out of town the next day and the office called and said one of our dogs needed a vaccine or they would not see them. It was literally the day before!! Very disappointing.
