Your service is very personal. They know the dogs by name. They know their personalities and mannerisms. Leaving a dog at daycare is like leaving a child and the fact that I feel like I am leaving them with family means the world to me.
Everyone is so thoughtful with our dog. We love Dogtopia!
My dog was terrified and has separation anxiety (as do I!) but the staff made me feel comfortable with leaving her there!
My cows are happy and tired afterwards! I feel like the staff cares for the dogs and that they are in good hands. I’m the one with separation anxiety, but I feel better knowing they will be well taken care of! Definitely worth the money for my bouncy puppies!
I love the pictures and the fun holiday activities. My dog loves going there so much, she can't sit still once she knows that is where we are headed for the day.

need to make the system more flexible for unpredictable work schedule
My puppy was injured while staying there and the staff had no clue how it happened. The dogs sleep, eat and potty all in the same place, so disgusting.
We love Dogtopia. Not just for the good times Pia have when she goes there, but it is a clean safe and fun environment for your dogs with wonder staffs.
If you’re looking for a fun and safe place for your dogs…then Dogtopia is the place!!! Highly recommend!!

We LOVE dogtopia Sanford location! Friendly staff coupled with amazing service! My dog loves coming here, and ganing socialization time with other dogs. This is a fabulous location!!
The amazing customer service of the front desk employees, the fun events you do for the dogs, and the ability to peak in and see how my dog is doing during a busy work day.
I preferred the old way of payment…pay as you come in. Always bought the largest packages and came the same or even more but now it feels like an obligation….and when the dog travels with us for five weeks this summer I’m paying for nothing! Also loved the half day option because often I would do multiple half days but now with full day options feel like I have to use the entire day. I totally support the why-that it’s not good for dogs to rarely come in and be poorly behaved but I’d think a once or twice a month minimum would fix that.
Also I wish I got better info on his behavior and activities while he’s there, they never seem to know what he’s been doing and say he doesn’t play much which is unusual for him. Do you even do the water fun outside? That was his favorite stuff historically. I can’t talk to my dog obviously but I can tell you he used to be amped beyond belief to go to Dogtopia and now he’s more hesitant so he seems to be enjoying it less.
Staff is super friendly super positive and seems very able to do their jobs so I appreciate that!

the staff is the best! & my dog Burt loves going there! I feel 100% comfortable leaving my dog in their hands! It is obvious that the staff loves the dogs!!! They are so sweet! & we love the events that they have! They go above and beyond!!

Emma gets so so excited about “going to play with the dogs”. Of course she also lloves the caring humans who work at Fullerton Dogtopia. It’s a perfect fit for our needs.

We were thoroughly disappointed by Lola's last groom - and we're not that picky! The groomer was given specific instructions (1 inch around body, extra half inch on her head and tail). Lola came back with her head the same length as her body, and her ears and tail seemingly untouched (she is a cocker so this is a big reason why get her groomed!). I advised the groomer of our disappointment, and asked if she could trim down the ears at least. She accommodated which I was appreciative of but all in all the cut is just poor, choppy quality. The cost for the groom also seemed to be higher than previous visits??
Unsure whether we'll return or not. Always appreciated being able to get her in for a groom without too much notice, but if the groom is not quality than it's not worth it to us to bring her there.

Great place to socialize your dog!
My Maddy loves her Dogtopia! The best canine caregivers who go above and beyond! She always has a wonderful time at daycare.
Management never returned a call to me on 2 occasions after leaving tons of messages. A payment was taken from my account after the last day of care and I still have not received a returned call from management. When management doesn’t care to call you back, it starts to make me question the organization as a whole. This was also not for my dog. My dog had severe anxiety attending and I had no choice according to Dogtopia employees, to carry out my 8 week contact. I’m sorry I work in childcare, I’m a manager and if someone is not happy, I will go to lengths to make sure they are happy or to make an exception and terminate their contact early. The staff care for the dogs very much, but it was not the place for my fur baby.
Friendly, fun, thorough, they love my dog. Good communication. Staff well qualified and always attentive to the dogs.
I like that we can check in on our pet while we are away
I do wish they could have blankets in their cages at night only because I know my dog hates laying on a hard surface to sleep at night
