Great facility, but it is a little expensive compared to other dog daycares in the area.

did not like the space, unable to see where your dog would be during a tour. My dog was super anxious from the camera and staff did not recognize and pull him out, instead stating he's doing great. Also should not be charged for a meet and greet, absolutely terrible.
We love Dogtopia! Our pup is so excited every week when he is going. He knows the route we take and when I make the turn onto Hempstead Tpke, he can barely contain himself!! We know they take the best care of him too! Never have to worry even if something unexpected happens! Definitely a 10/10!

Dogtopia is one of the few places we trust with our dog. We're always met with smiles, and we genuinely feel like everyone loves our pup (even though he's just a liiiiiittle rambunctious). We also love the activities you have for the dogs, and we adore the pictures you take on the activity days. We have every single one still! We also love getting pictures and videos of him having fun; it really solidifies that Dogtopia is a great place for him to be when he can't be home playing with us :)
Every single person at Dogtopia Bethpage is absolutely wonderful! They treat your dog as if it’s their own and they make me feel so confident that my dog is being taken care of in an exceptional way! They always have so many fun activities planned and when I know my pet is safe when I need to board her! This place is by far the best!
All staff are attentive and caring. They treat my dog like I do and he loves going to Dogtopia... Literally jumps out of the car to go inside!
Workers really seem to care about and get to know each individual dog. My dog is pretty shy and still gets excited every time he goes. I will say it’s pretty expensive though
Everyone I spoke with was very friendly and informative. I appreciate the immense attention to detail, especially all the informational flyers. I loved the first day report card that my dog received since this is both our first experience using a doggy day care. It helped me feel more relaxed to know that he was doing well with other dogs, and a few notes of what I could work with him on at home to make him more comfortable at Dogtopia.

Expertise, commitment and caring attitudes of employees
I really like the friendly staff - they are great with my three dogs. The staff is very nice and know the dogs by name and are always happy to see them when we arrive.
Staff and quality of care
I like that dogtopia is always clean. And the play rooms are not over crowded and there are crates for naps and time outs. The staff are so friendly, they remember our dogs names and even ours! Its a very friendly relaxed atmosphere. The enrichment activities are great and also knowing that I can bring extra or special food for my dog. Really great environment. And my dog is sooo excited to go! He knows which days are "dog school" days and is reminding me as soon as I get out of bed those mornings!

My 7mo puppy was fully tuckered out which means lots of constructive play time!
The check in process, tours, staff and cameras to check in on the pup was all top of the line.

They take great care of my Pup!
Took my pup in for her personality test, and the team at the Roswell location were friendly, informative, professional, and kind-hearted. They took great care for my girl's first time in trying doggie daycare!
They made us feel right at home, love the cameras! It was our first time bringing our little Scooter to daycare and he did well. I liked the test that was given before he was allowed to stay.

Your front desk crew and the folks in the toybox are conscientious and very kind to my dog (who can be a bit of a handful.) I'm impressed that they recognize me as "Ella's Mom" when I walk in the door and they have good things to say about Ella. When I check in on her via webcam, she seems to be having a great time.

Dogs are kept in an opened area with supervision. My dog loves going to play with her friends. When I tell her, "Come, we're going to Dogtopia" she begins her happy dance! The staff are kind and friendly. The facility is very clean.
Great staff! Friendly, helpful and love my pup like she is theirs. Ruby gets so excited when I tell her she’s going to Dogtopia to play with her friends on her daycare days.
