I have already recommended Creed, Elsa Gauna's is the owner, and she told me that she likes this place and Creed seems to have a great deal of fun when he is there.
I told her the customer service is the best and the people working there are caring about your little angel(s) which gives you a piece of mind when you are not there. Plus the ability to view your pet via the webcam is helpful and lets you visually see how they are doing.
Thank you for your service and so does Lexie as she comes home happy and eager to see us.

Capable staff.
My dog comes home healthy and happy. Staff is always friendly and accommodating. And when my dog was having a stomach issue I heard about it right away and was able to discuss best course of action.
We have only done the interview so far but I am amazed on the service and the friendly and kind staff. We are excited to start bringing archie in for day care
The past few times we’ve taken our dog there, she has been crated a disproportional amount of time. This past time we saw one of the workers bang bowls in front of my dogs face then grab her and crate her. We see how she is treated on camera and we were not very happy.
When she first start going we got progress reports but those have not happened in quite some time. We’ve also been told that the managers have turned over often.
The care has gone downhill and we likely wont use Dogtopia again.
Very clean establishment and very attentive staff. Will return soon!

Our poor pup smelt awful when I picked him up. He smelt like urine. I had to bathe him when we got home.

Staff are always helpful and friendly. They provide good feedback on my dog’s behaviour and do the work to make sure he’s in a group of dogs he’s comfortable with.
Dogtopia needs to stop raising their prices
Pricing is relatively high compared to other boarding options I use.
That dogs are separated by age and/or size
We brought our dogs in for their first grooming visit. It was easy to schedule the appointments and they were able to accommodate our dogs needs.
Front desk staff was very welcoming. Folks in the back seemed very dedicated to watching over the dogs.

The dedication to the dogs the staff show. Loving each dog and I’m totally impressed by how they know each one of their names. Keep up the good work.
Supervision of animals and cleanliness
I really wish there was an outdoor area for the dogs to play. I understand I was told that it's a liability but it would be nice for them to get some fresh air. I also wish there was a designated area for them to go potty outside instead of inside wherever they please. Not sure how that would happen but it would be nice. Last, I'm not sure if there's a specific reason for this but I have yet to see any of the people who watch over them in the playrooms give any kind of affection towards the pups. My dog in particular loves affection so I know she would love that if they did it. The staff is great though and the facility is nice. So far we love it.
Friendly, caring and they take an interest in each pup that comes through their doors.
Our dog is happy and well taken care of
My puppies, Bear & Beau have been with Dogtopia since they were 4 mos. old – Before coming to Dogtopia, I visited several different daycare facilities and interviewed dog walkers – the most important thing to us was that the dogs would not be by themselves and that they were properly cared for! – which to my surprise several of the other facilities did not do that! HORRIBLE!
I love working with the staff @ Dogtopia – Kelsey (manager) & Samantha are awesome!! – I honestly feel that my boys are truly loved & cared for – I get constant texts and videos with the activities that the boys are doing – they absolutely LOVE it there! I also love the fact that they get treated like “real” babies – when I pick up the boys, Sam is so welcoming and always tells me what the boys did that day – it’s so darn cute! I don’t know what we would have done if she wasn’t there!
As far as the dog activities, I am so happy that the daycare does activities with the dogs, it keeps them active, and I love that. I brag to all my family & friends about all the activities that you all do with the dogs, - Movie day, Paint day, Prom day etc (I think my boys should have won prom King, but I’m bias) I do think (Bethpage) needs a better camera, because my babies are the cutest things ever and that camera does not do them justice – LOL
Please continue to love and care for them – it’s so important to keep them active and participate in activities – I am extremely happy with the services, and love the fact that your team takes the time to make the activities interactive and special!!! THANK YOU for all you do! I feel comfortable leaving my precious boys with your staff!!! ~
The friendliness
Wonderful staff who are very supportive of my sweet, neurotic dog. Great facilities. My dog comes home very tired and happy!
Great staff! Friendly, helpful and love my pup like she is theirs. Ruby gets so excited when I tell her she’s going to Dogtopia to play with her friends on her daycare days.
Seriously! Not have outdoor activities!! Unheard of. Your cleaning certification meant nothing.
Letting them relieve themselves indoors. WOW! Totally disgusting!!! And to pay extra for outdoor walks……
I watched the webcam….it looked like “One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest” film. Just circling around. It took my dog a day to recuperate after just 5 hours. Never will I recommend or bring my sweet dog there. I seriously don’t know how you can do this. You NEED outdoor activities. I was considering 5 days boarding but NEVER! He would have been traumatized!
Best of luck, but true dog lovers would not recommend this so called DOGTOPIA.
