Dogs are safe and attended to all day
My dog is greatly loved! She has a lot of needs the staff do their best and go out of the way to make sure she is learning and feeling secure.

The move away from offering bundles was really disapointing. I only utilize Dogtopia twice a month and the new membership or day rate only plans suck. Also, there have been mass turn over at our location, I barely recognize any of the team and usually someone is being trained at the front so it takes a long time to get my dog in or out. it has been better over the past month though.
The staff is welcoming and obviously fond od dogs!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They work well with the dogs and provide a fun yet safe environment for daycare/boarding!
Most of the issues are simply due to their experience (newly opened). Had my meet and greet and left my dog with them for 2.5 hrs and he escaped the room he was in. So their dog handling skills leaves room for improvement. I am sure it will improve.
Carrie did a great job
My dogs always come back with yellow urine on them. Last time her meds were not giving to her for four days.
Coco loves going to daycare to play with her friends. The staff are so loving and caring it makes leaving my baby there that much easier!
Very caring staff who work hard to make sure your dog is well cared for and that all their needs are met; the staff is friendly and always willing to answer questions.
Everyone is so lovely, and I am confident my dog is well taken care of. I know she has fun and is not lonely, and gets great exercise too! She gets so excited to go every time we drive up.

David us a great representative of your company. Great communicator and obviously cares about my dog, Beaumont. Frankly, David gives an aura of security that adds to my comfort level. All the employees seem caring. And without that atmosphere they bring to the table everyday, what else do you have but a couple of rooms.

Manager Melissa and her team are very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. They care for the dogs as if they were their own. They handle operations professionally and keep owners apprised of any issues.
There are always fun events going on for the dogs to participate in and keep things fun and engaging.
The staff is great and they love the dogs. The dogs have such a great time playing and being out playing all day.
From the beginning, we felt very safe leaving our dog at your facility. The rooms are kept very clean and allow spaces for varying activity levels. The group is divided well into size and temperament which allowed our higher-energy, small dog that chance to socialize with larger dogs. The webcams give us peace of mind during the day. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay and are already looking forward to the next visit.
