Your staff and customer service was phenomenal. When I brought my dogs for their intro eval and watched the tv screens in the lobby, I saw how attentive the staff were to the dog's needs.
I'm still looking at options. IE)one facility closer to work ..

Dogtopia Port Chester staff is incredible. I have had nothing but good experiences with them. They always take such good care of my girl and I would highly recommend this facility.
Everyone was so friendly, and my dogs full groom was amazing!
Friendly and courteous staff! Carol, our groomer, always takes great care of our doodle! the prices are very reasonable too. I highly recommend Dogtopia for your grooming and kenneling needs.

I like being able to check on the boys on the webcam from wherever I am; it provides a great deal of reassurance that they are well and enjoying themselves. They always do have fun and are very comfortable with staying there
Dogtopia in is by far the BEST!! I've been taking my dog there since they opened. The staff is always very friendly and helpful!!!

Klifford my 5 year old golden doodle & I. feel like we are family there. Klifford goes to a Dogtopia daycare 2 days a week. He gets excited when we enter the parking lot because it’s apart of our life & routine now. After we get home he has doggie daycare while getting out of my car.

Great experience so far! Great cost, staff remembers my Wrigley and they’re super friendly. I wish they had some outdoor space, but other than that, 10/10.
We really like the structured element of the play rooms and how skilled the staff there are at managing different doggy personalities. We really appreciate that you take into account that while our dog Winnie is medium sized, she’s a bit shy and feels happier/ more playful with the smaller dogs. It’s not easy leaving your puppy alone with people you don’t know but having the nest camera really eased our worries and we’ve really come to trust the staff there and know that she will be well taken care of.

I like that the dogs are separated by size/age and there is always a human in attendance with then.
Clean facility, too!
All the employees I came in contact with seemed genuinely concerned about my dog. Also when my dog was finished and brought out to me, he was very happy indicating his Spa treatment must have gone well.
My dog Summer is very happy there!
