I was very pleased with the promptness of the call back. I received a telephone call from a ServiceMaster rep. immediately after I hung up with my insurance company(about 5 minutes). About ten minutes after my call with the main office at ServiceMaster I received a call from the local company (Cantu)and they were at my house shortly thereafter ready to assess the damage and begin the process of repairing it. The technician was very friendly, fast and very, very informative. I knew at all times what was being done and why.
I received a call within just a few hours. They arrived on time and were very professional. Explained the process in advance and had lots of the right equipment to both assess the work and to remediate the problem.
